The 5 acre piece of property was purchased by Springfield Township in 1987. This is an active athletic facility with fields maintained and scheduled by the Pleasant Run Farms Athletic Association. The area includes two baseball fields (in season) and two soccer fields (in season), a parking lot, a batting cage and a concession/restroom building. The park was named in honor of Clifford George, a Pleasant Run Farms resident and City of Cincinnati Police Officer who was killed in the line of duty in 1987.
